Digital Products — All Sales Final

Playbook purchases are non-refundable.

Here's why, plainly: the playbooks are digital products containing the complete methodology, frameworks, and ready-to-use AI prompts. The full value is delivered the moment you download the file. Once it's downloaded, it can't be returned.

To help you buy with confidence, each playbook's sales page lists exactly what's inside — every step, every framework, every deliverable — before you purchase. If you have a question about whether a playbook fits your situation, email us before buying and we'll give you a straight answer, including telling you not to buy it if it's not a fit.

Exceptions

If you were charged in error, charged twice, or never received your download, email us and we'll fix it immediately — including a refund where appropriate.

Consulting

Refund terms for consulting engagements are set in each engagement's agreement. If an engagement hasn't started, you can cancel for a full refund.
