Digital Products — All Sales Final

Course purchases are non-refundable.

Here's why, plainly: the B2B Sales Course and the Executive Acquisition Course are digital products. The full course, including the training videos, playbook, and AI prompts, is delivered the moment you buy, and it can't be returned once you have access.

To help you buy with confidence, each course page lists exactly what's inside and what tools you'll need before you purchase. If you have a question about whether a course fits your situation, email us before buying and we'll give you a straight answer, including telling you not to buy it if it's not a fit.

Exceptions

If you were charged in error, charged twice, or never received access, email us and we'll fix it immediately, including a refund where appropriate.

Consulting

The 30-minute intro discovery call is free. Terms for any paid consulting engagement are agreed in writing before work begins.
